We accept cash, business checks, and ACH free of charge. 4% credit card surcharge applies.
Our company requires prepayment in full for all of our services unless you are a Michigan based law firm with approved terms agreed to with our office. Michigan law firms may speak with us directly to establish an account. 989-977-0894.
A $50.00 late fee per service per month is applied to all delinquent invoices. Invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days.
Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service. This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account, and if requested, mailed within 2-3 days after payment is received.
90% of all cases are served personally with no problems, however some defendants/witnesses do evade service. We have many options available to serve these types of individuals and we will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED. If we are not able to serve your case within the 3 attempts, we will contact you for further plan of action.
