All Process Service Include: 3 attempts. Morning, Day, & Evening attempt. Completed in 7-14 days ( Rush Options Available)Serve Manager access to view & collaborate in real time.Free Notarized Proof of serviceFree Printing up to 20 pages. Then $.25 per page after. Free GPS capture & picture capture of the service location where possible.
We offer three levels of service to suit your needs and deadlines
Standard Service $85 (Plus mileage & expense)Three attempts are made on your court document(s) over the course of 10 to 14 days. Hours of attempt will vary to maximize efficiency and likelihood your documents will be served proficiently. First attempt generally within 72 hours.
Rush Service (Add $35 to standard service)First attempt on your court documents is made within 48 hours of receipt, GUARANTEED. An additional 2 attempts are made over a total of 7 days.
Priority Service (Add $65 to standard service)First attempt on your court documents is made on the day of receipt, within 24 hours. 3 Attempts total over 72 hours. Email or call to ensure we are available for your same day assignment.
Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service. This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account, and if requested mailed within 48 business hours of completion. Court Filing also available for a fee.
90% of all cases are served within the above types of service, however some defendant/witnesses do evade service. We have many options available to serve these types of individuals and we will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED. If we are not able to serve your case within the 3 attempts, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
